Introduce your Nexus 6/6p!  -
So after my OnePlus One went for a swim, my old trusty Nexus 5 then was accidentally sent to a washing machine....I ordered a Nexus 6. There's plenty I don't like about it (mostly price) but I wanted a phablet and stock Android. I get my N6 Tuesday.

Anyone use a car vent mounted mount for your Shamu? If so which brand? I have a Kenu brand vent mount but I doubt the Whale will fit in it.

You'll love your nexus 6 when you get it. I got used to the size very quickly but I have big hands and can mainly use it one handed. Either way you'll get used to having a big phone and once you do get used to it it's great. I've only had mine for a day and a half but it's great so far. If you have any problems make sure you ask everyone in this community.

The Quest for the Cup starts tonight and I planned on watching the Rangers lose! Anyone use Private Internet Access on their Chromebooks? Any other good VPNs?

Cheers! And go Pens (or anyone that plays the NYR)

▶ General Discussion  -
So I'm two weeks into my Chromebook-only 30 day challenge. Overall I have been pleasantly surprised to see how much I can do day-to-day with just a chromebook. So far here is a summary:

-it's nice to use a machine that requires such little maintenance
-My daily workflow can exist web-only
-Google Docs has improved since I last used it daily
-Photo management is progressing
-Android app ports are fun and potentially the future

CONS doesn't suffice for my programming needs
-File management is surprisingly awful; I didn't expect such disappointment in this area
-My C720P drops off my WiFi at home often, quite annoying
-Chrome OS doesn't handle multitasking very well - my busy workflow slows down a bit. I find myself not using multiple windows like I do in OS X and Windows
-Video streaming options are lacking but suffice in some areas
-No 3rd party cloud storage options (But I just read it is on the way it seems)

Overall for the average user there is no reason to NOT use JUST a chromebook - power users' mileage may vary though.

Update - I forgot to mention that I use crouton along with this

+Adam Sturman Agreed! Great program. Nothing prints the photos on Chrome OS acceptably, but for editing, it's great!

The more I hear about this project the more interested I am in it. This reminds me of work Hexxeh was doing for Chromium. This is a new Linux distro that works and acts like Chrome OS, but allows you to install local applications on top of it. Definitely something to keep close eye on.

They're only installed locally, of course.

Anyone else have this issue in the Health App? The app is recording my distance and steps, but the week, month and year tabs aren't showing the correct cumulative data - it only shows the current day's data.
