When wearables are going to give us better ways to interact with technology?
It's a lot of this sort of thing. As it happens, designing Future Interfaces For The Future used to be my line of work. I had the opportunity to design with real working prototypes, not green screens and After Effects, so there certainly are some interactions in the video which I'm a little ...

I don't like Taylor Swift's music, however I like the juxtaposition of the these creative works ;)
Each were given 52 frames of Shake it Off, and the result is "2767 frames of lovingly hand-drawn rotoscoped footage." Come for the tentacles, stay for the surrealist dragon kin.

This is so refreshing to see such a progress in the communication stack! My preferred updates: Promise, CORS, binary data (base64-free now), proposal to pair it with the Cache API.

In the past, I've done many great things with the dojo/request module, up to proxy which uses IndexedDB / Cache-control & Last-modified headers to transparently cache loaded data. I can see how to improve it (like killing the cloned Promise used to pass the 'total' number of records available in the response to a fetch() call).
For more than a decade the Web has used XMLHttpRequest (XHR) to achieve asynchronous requests in JavaScript. While very useful, XHR is not a very ...

Just one among others ;) Really well done animated tutorials!
At takeoff, a jetliner engine can move 1.25 tons of air per second. That’s enough power to suck all the air out of the largest American football stadium in less than a minute! Here’s a basic look at incredible jet engine technology with the turbofan engine.

This made my day ;) with this quote from VentureBeat: "Customers will be able to run basic clusters with as many as five virtual machines (VMs) for free, and standard clusters, with up to 100 VMs, will cost 1.5 cents an hour, according to the product’s web page."

Unusually high winds allowed Denmark to meet all of its electricity needs – with plenty to spare for Germany, Norway and Sweden too

I've been bothered few times by such people, up to be insulted because I mocked them... Some of the guys below are hilarious: `dablu-dablu-dablu-dot` what? :D
It's a lot of fun to watch and hear these people making fun of phone scammers pretending to be from the IRS or Microsoft tech support.

I attended the event in Montreal last night. Great talk by @JacobMoshenko. As discussed, I'm really looking forward to playing with etcd 2.0 in a CoreOS image (at least for `discovery_proxy`).
CoreOS is Linux for massive server deployments. Powered by docker, systemd, and etcd.

Web & Mobile for the game industry ;)
Introduction
I started with Web 2.0 and Agile Methodology before them being buzz words. I joined the mobile development abit before the Android revolution. Nowadays, I develop connected cross-platform games both on iOS and Android, plus Web versions for Facebook. I love the game ecosystem: polished UIs, top user interaction schemes, high availability, tons of data to process. Next stop? wearable devices like Google Glass ;)
