Most of you know +Ammon Johns and know what a major contributor he's been to our online community. He's in a rough spot at the moment and needs to get some help. If you can help, I know he'll be humbled and grateful. And if you have any questions about the legitimacy of this, feel free to contact any of us on the donors list for corroboration. One of us will be happy to pass you the link to his Facebook thread.

Paul takes a stab at satire, but comes uncomfortably close to some truths. Fun read, but be careful not to strain your neck, nodding.

We just added two new services, designed to save our clients money and help get their websites ahead of the curve.
Our Snapshot is a 30,000 foot view of a site audit, looking at the same 21 aspects our full audit addresses, but at a small fraction of the cost (can also be white-labeled for our colleagues). This can save a site owner a good deal of money, determining if a comprehensive audit is necessary. If so, the cost of the Snapshot is discounted from the full audit. http://intrinsicvalueseo.com/our-services/ivseo-snapshot/ We'll be doing a limited number of Snapshots per month.

The other new service is our C3 Context Audit, designed to fine-tune the context of pages to give the algorithms more clarity and achieve better matches. This service is a small subset of our sister division's Content Audit, again at a fraction of the cost (can also be white-labeled, and like all our services, is heavily discounted to our colleagues). http://intrinsicvalueseo.com/our-services/c3-context-audit/

Give us a call for a no-obligation explanation of what these offer. http://intrinsicvalueseo.com/contact-us/

This is definitely going to be an interesting show. Join as as we talk about what are real ranking factors and what are just correlation masquerading as ranking factors.
We're back for another week and we're going to get into a bit of a debate we were having in the SEO Dojo group over on Facebook; what is a ranking factor?

There are some folks like myself (+David Harry ) and +Bill Slawski that muse at industry ranking factor "studies" that use popular SEO terminology, not actual signals that we'd see in the information retrieval world (via patents/papers etc). We also (as always) wonder about the efficacy of correlations studies in general.

As always, we're sure to hit the latest news, take questions from viewers and other topics... Be sure to join us.

Talk about a class act!
Donate to Ebola and google will match! My wife and I just donated $15 million in addition to Google's $10 million...our hearts go out to everyone affected.

It's not for everybody, but most that have been there never want to go back to a 9 to 5.
I suspect that most of us have, at one time or another, hit enough consecutive bumps that we begin to wonder if we made the right decision. I started freelancing decades ago, and I certainly second-guessed myself a few times.
I think if I'd made more of an effort to understand all the little details that could rear up and bite me, I'd have had a lot easier time of it. Or at least, I'd have been able to build a better plan. But at the end of the day, I wouldn't even consider going back to work for someone else, for twice what I make now.
