A HUGE congratulations to our #Dynamic #WholeME Challenge group! Together the 7 participants lost an astonishing 46 #pounds and 28 #inches in just #28days. To put it in perspective - they lost the equivalent of an 8 year old boy and the average snowfall Snowstorm #Jonas pounded the #Northeast in #2016! Through daily chats with Keira, committing to 5 or more Dynamic Fitness classes per week, and taking a new approach to their #diet, our magnificent seven transformed their #fitness and #health.

I know this is a little weird looking, but it's #MobilityMonday. So many people cannot move their ribs. I suggest actually moving the ribs side to side, forward and back, and a circle. #freedom #mobility #ribs #move #suppleandstrong #keiraknows

It's #MobilityMonday! Try this shoulder/wrist mobility, I think it's kinda fun. If you cannot rotate your wrists completely underneath your shoulders, decrease the angle and slightly bend the arms. Eventually you want to get the fully underneath the arms with slow pits locked and forward. #keiraknows #mobility #masterrkc #dynamicfitnessnm

Happy ‪#‎FlexibilityFriday‬! This is a great stretch for the groin and hips. You can use a block and use that for the floor if you cannot touch. Make sure you are pushing the hips forward as you drive down with the knee. Use the base arm to push the knee back and rotate the upper spine. #MobilityMonday's video focuses on stretching your pecs. As Keira Newton demonstrates, you want to try to get your shoulder on the wall (or step back a little) while you rotate your hips towards the wall. Hold onto your ribs and away from the arm. Repeat on both sides. #dynamicfitness #keiraknows
