The FCC has opted in its proposed rules to allow internet service providers - the ones we pay for access to all internet content - to charge content providers - the sites we want to access on the internet - for "special access to consumers." In other words, if the content you want to see is served up by someone or some business unable to pay for "special access to consumers," it may come into your home at a crawl.
