Elmer Thomas Park is a beautiful place year-round, but it’s especially beautiful at night during the holiday season. Don’t forget to drive through and see the holiday lights this year!

Today’s Spotlight Exhibit is the Council Saddle Shop which pays homage to Lawton’s famous saddlemaker, Howard Council. Unfortunately Mr. Council passed away last year and didn’t get to see the replica of his shop, but he was very excited about the development of the exhibit. Visitors can learn about him and try their hand at leather crafting.
