Goodbye Classic Rock. The Hard Rock Cafe is crafting a new image that we'll likely see when it opens at the Mall of America.
When Hard Rock Cafe opens in the Mall of America this summer, it will have a different feel than its restaurants of a generation ago, and even from the Block E location that closed in 2011.
