Top 3 Reasons to Change Your Cabin Air Filter.
Replacing your cabin air filter should be part of your vehicle’s routine maintenance.
If you’re buying motor oil, an oil or engine air filter, wiper blades or other maintenance items, you should consider having your cabin air filter replaced at the same time.
1. For allergy sufferers, a quality cabin air filter is an essential feature. The cabin air filter prevents dust, pollen and other contaminants (from 1 to 3 microns in size and smaller) from entering the passenger compartment. Many cabin air filters also have a layer of activated charcoal that can trap odors, providing additional protection for the vehicle’s occupants.

What’s That Light? Battery Light.
Historically, the battery light comes on when the engine is failing to adequately charge the battery.
You shouldn’t just replace a battery when this light appears because changing the battery will not solve the problem, in many cases. Your vehicle’s charging system needs to be inspected to determine the root cause of the battery drain.

What’s that light? ABS Light.
The anti-lock brake (ABS) light is activated when the brakes experience a problem that could negate their use. This is a greater risk to losing control of the vehicle and suffering a crash.

What's That Light?
The red-brake light on your dashboard can be triggered for different reasons: the parking or emergency brake is engaged; the brake fluid reservoir has dropped below safe levels; or there is a leak in your braking system. A brake light needs to be addressed immediately because it is a sign that your brakes have failed or will fail soon.

What’s That Light? Check Engine Light.

The check engine light is designed to alert the driver when there is a problem with the engine or transmission.
Certain parameters must be met before the warning light is triggered. If your check engine light is illuminated, it means that there is a problem that needs to be addressed with a diagnosis from a professional technician.
Ignoring the light could lead to a damaged engine and emissions components.

What’s Dripping from My Vehicle?

Transmission Fluid (gold, pink, red, black).
If a gold, pink or red fluid is leaking from your vehicle, it may be the transmission fluid.
This could be caused by a seal or gasket failure.
Low fluid levels in the transmission can cause the transmission to fail.
