Magic and Wonder from Here ( #aerialphotography  )
She has a dream, a dream that she has had since the age of five. What can a five year-old dream that would still hold true as an adult? Her little heart clutched so tightly to her dream, her grasp was painful at times; her hands would become numb, stiff, and painful, but she held on tight and never ...

As autumn arrives in north Texas and begins its slow two month change across north Texas, I begin to visit the West Fork of the Trinity River.  The river runs through town and has some stretches that are scenic, get fall colo...

Story
Tagline
I'm just curious (and fine, a little confused!), about this new google stuff.
Introduction
I just decided that my profile was too long-winded, so I erased it.  Suffice to say, this photo collection was created initially mostly for online storage of data.., then I realized that people actually looked at this stuff.  Try not to judge too harshly.  This is the only spot I don't bother censuring the content - so a lot of it sucks.
Bragging rights
I've managed to live dangerously and still be here to type this sentence.
Work
Occupation
I survive, albeit reluctantly. I also take a lot of photographs.
Skills
A couple certifications. The only important one to most of you would be CPR.

The only pharmacy I've NEVER had an issue with. Usually, I can drop off my Rx at the drive through and they will fill it right then in about ten minutes! They also consistently have my Rx in stock when most chain pharmacies did/do not. If I had one wish, it would be longer hours (24/7 would be awesome, as long as I'm wishing!), but that's about all! *** They fill compound prescriptions too.

A great getaway spot. I love the geology out here, it's hard to believe I'm only an hour from DFW when I'm standing on these gorgeous cliffs! I also rock climbed many years ago out here. It's probably the best location for rock climbing in such a short distance from the DFW area. Today, I came solely for the photography, and was not disappointed! The cost is 7.00 (extra if you plan on camping). Many, but not all, of the trails are equine and bicycle friendly as well. I would definitely make the stop if you're in the area and enjoy any kind of outdoor sports or in/activity! Downtown Mineral Wells is a great finale to the nature respite here as well, with some quaint shops and hometown diners available.

A must-see for tourists, and a must-go-back-again for us locals. The Stockyards probably have more character (and, yes, the probably also most "stereotypical") of any area in DFW. The historical, food, shopping, and entertainment factors all create a really unique and positive experience. Make an entire day or weekend of it. This is also a great urban exploration spot for those so inclined, including us photographers!
