Sweet Potato, Sage, and Fried Egg Tacos | Serious Eats http://ow.ly/GUcaH
With a large stash of really great tortillas in my fridge at all times, I wind up making a lot of tacos. My favorite in recent memory are these sweet potato tacos flavored with sage and topped with sliced radish, cilantro, crema, and a fried egg. Great for breakfast, but really good any time of day.

A Cookie a Day: Maple Walnut Biscotti | Serious Eats http://ow.ly/GQxts

Braised Zabuton with Coffee Beans | SAVEUR http://ow.ly/GQxju
The small flap of meat between the chuck and the rib eye in Wagyu is called the zabuton, meaning "cushion" in Japanese. Nicely marbled with intramuscular fat, the little-known cut—sometimes dubbed a Denver steak—is buttery and rich.
