Personally – I’ve always been a bit sporadic...

I like working out at home and outdoors with my own equipment – but I also enjoy going to different classes where I don’t have to think about what I’m doing.

New gyms excite me (yes, it’s the little things in life…) and I’m always up for buying a 10 pass to try it out for a few weeks.

Around 4 years ago I did a food intolerance test with a nutritionist.
It was part of an assignment I had to complete at college. I went in there thinking that I ate a pretty healthy diet, and there was very little they were going to tell me I needed to change.
