[Must Read] Can anyone still get real scale with Facebook not spending money? If it's not dead, what types of businesses does it still work for?  You don't need to share how you're doing it, just curious if people should even still be trying to tap Facebook for free customer acquisition.

They've built a family offline, let them build you a family online
Introduction
Digital Mums is an initiative which retrains mums to be social media managers and links them to the local businesses.

Mums are highly suited to a community manager role. They are active users of social media. Many of the skills needed to build a loyal family online are all those associated with building a family offline. Strong communications skills, mature judgement and a level-headed attitude, empathy and the ability to juggle ten things at once!

The community manager role is perfect for mums. It offers flexibility in number of days worked, with the option to work from home. Unlike most part time roles it is well paid and has great career prospects.
