Love this Telegraph piece by Sophie Walker could not agree more with the sentiment and as we love her since she popped in to Containerville we thought we'd share
Britain is leaving the EU and I would like to know what that means for women.

They've built a family offline, let them build you a family online
Introduction
Digital Mums is an initiative which retrains mums to be social media managers and links them to the local businesses.

Mums are highly suited to a community manager role. They are active users of social media. Many of the skills needed to build a loyal family online are all those associated with building a family offline. Strong communications skills, mature judgement and a level-headed attitude, empathy and the ability to juggle ten things at once!

The community manager role is perfect for mums. It offers flexibility in number of days worked, with the option to work from home. Unlike most part time roles it is well paid and has great career prospects.
