Hi all, I'm going to share with you a little tip, which I call "The 1 Percenters". It relates to optimisation of your website for Search Engines.

Many new clients come to me asking for a new website which will rank in the top 10 of Google. Honestly, every website regardless can rank in Google, but there are a number of things needed to make it happen as no website can rank highly in Google off its own back.

Some clients are lucky where they have very little competition out there, so the effort to gain a high ranking position is less. But look at our industry, web design, wow, everyone is competing for the top spots...and SEO firms are getting rich off all web companies.

Now back to "The 1 Percenters", this is what I call the minor effect, that maybe other companies are not considering nor implementing. When there are enough 1 percenters building up, all of a sudden there is a nice advantage.

Don't be fooled though, these 1 percenters are not going to get you into the top 10 by themselves, that takes a lot more work, a lot, lot more work. But the 1 percenters make a difference of giving your website a slight advantage over a competitor who hasn't considered The 1 Percenters.

We have seen over the years how some websites have actually done extremely well off their own back. The clients have followed the rules we've set, and the results have been very surprising. There has been no external SEO implemented and only free resources have been used.

Time and patience is all that is required. But if you do nothing, a website will never rank well on any search engine.

It's been a very busy week for Digital Exposure this week. Our design team secured contracts for a B2B package to be developed for a retail chain in Melbourne. Our sales team secured some bespoke work for clients who have had websites in the past and need to update to a more sophisticated website.

Graphic and Pint design teams have been flat out and the days appear to be getting shorter as we get busier.

We also launched a new CMS wweb design this week, www.fastfit.com.au
