The release of Dimensions provided an excellent talking point for a session at this year’s Gaidar Forum in Moscow focused on big data as a source for strategic decision making in science and innovation policy.

The event was organized by the Department of Scientific Information and Development of the RANEPA, a key player in the field of open science in Russia & CIS.
