Introduction

DIEGO PAIVA

Born in Sao Paolo Brazil, Diego Paiva studied via a full football scholarship at the University of Central Florida. He and also attended Temple University due to opportunity with the sport. The young professional who describes his best attributes as being “a dynamic and results-driven, sales professional with a strong record of results in highly competitive markets,” grew up in Key Biscayne and attended Coral Gables Senior High School, before heading off to pursue his studies and the sport he loved so much. Anyone who has crossed paths with Paiva can attest to his no nonsense manner and desire to achieve.   


After finishing his studies where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, he decided to put his persistence, dedication, love of sales and wide network of friends into a career he felt was an appropriate fit for his go-getter personality. In 2003, he dove head first into the real estate market.  Rapidly learning and creating synergies all over South Florida, he rose in the ranks and attained not only his realtor’s license, but his mortgage broker’s license as well. Having both his Real Estate and Mortgage broker’s license this young, active tri-lingual young man was a force to be reckoned with.    He saw a unique opportunity where he could leverage the relationships he had cultivated; maximizing them to the fullest to attain foreign business. He then began to focus on cultivating new relationships. 


Through a strategy he felt was a good one for him and his career path, he decided to invest and create additional ways to secure revenue. He opened, built up and then years later sold a fitness center in another dynamic municipality in Miami (Pembroke Pines).  The location boasted 1200 members and was profitable, having within a juice bar, daycare center and clothing store all within the retail property. He built the gym business while engaging with many members that eventually became real estate clients. 


It may seem Diego Paiva had really done all he wanted, combining education and life experiences in a seamless fashion where he could make a living doing something enjoyable for him.  What would his next step be? He would continue on the same familiar course, focusing on the Miami Real Estate market but at this stage engaging more in technology and innovation to grow his business. 


Now married, with one child, this was another turning point for Diego. He decided to research and see what Real Estate company would be a right fit during a challenged economy. He sought a great new place for him to interact, and create business. Soon, he identified a very active company who had seemed to master Social Networking and Interactive Media before the rest. Paiva kept coming across the same acronym: RESF. He saw the flashing lights; Real Estate Sales Force was the place he had to connect with. He felt that RESF had combined traditional real estate with the new age way of doing business due to a founder-owner in the same age bracket as himself. He reached out and well, the rest is as they say history.


This assertive young professional who spends his time traveling with his family and running marathons is a lover of competition since an early age. Perhaps that is partly why he was great in football or successful as an entrepreneur. As a philanthropist who loves giving back to his community and supports such causes as the Joe DiMaggio Foundation wants to support any cause that helps kids. After delving in other arenas successfully, he realized his true love (aside from his wife) was Miami Real Estate.  


The next chapter for Diego Paiva seems to be one that is unfinished. But it’s comprised of continuing to build his book of business and taking advantage of an ever changing marketplace in South Florida.  Diego joined the RESF team to continue creating business opportunities, synergies and expanding his never-ending network.   RESF is a real estate firm that is ever-changing and constantly growing, for Diego the possibilities are endless. ~
