*Updated May 2016* We recently traded in a car to upgrade for my daughter. When our trusted sales person, Sandra McMillan fell ill in the midst of our transaction, she asked a co-worker, Jordan Lowery, to step in and finish the process. Jordan was great and the process wasn't complicated or delayed and we were very well taken care of throughout the transaction. It was nice to see Sales folks work so well together in what is traditionally a very competitive business. I would recommend either person to anyone looking for an honest sales person to work with. Even during the inevitable signing process, Serge Kononov in finance did his best to be sure I understood the paperwork but didn't waste time getting through the signatures. Sandra has helped me and a couple of my family members find cars, and she has become a friend over the years, and someone I look forward to seeing even if I'm just stopping in for vehicle services. Which brings me to the other exceptional experiences I've had over the past few years with Dick Hannah. The service department staff are wonderful! Scott Long and Justin Renteria have treated me like family when I show up, and have worked very hard to ensure that my vehicles are well maintained and that I am receiving all the benefits of the Loyalty Rewards program and that I'm fairly charged for all services. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or sell me services I don't need. Overall, my experiences with Dick Hannah both the Toyota dealership in Kelso, and their Honda location in Vancouver have been positive. I don't even question where to go or send a friend for their car shopping or service needs. *Updated 2015 I have been working with Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso, WA for several years. I have worked with a number of service and sales professionals and I have always been happy with the results. I have also brought in family and friends to purchase vehicles as well as purchasing both my daughters cars from them. They are always more than willing to help and provide friendly and fair customer service. For the most recent purchase of a used car for my newest driver, I had the pleasure of working with Sandra McMillin. I had worked with her about a year before when my sister purchased a pre-owned Prius and was so happy that I asked for her when I came back. I use their service department for all four of our vehicles and their service team is wonderful as well. 2012 Travis Hopp greeted me first thing and worked with me over a few days to find the perfect used car for my daughter. My experience was so positive, I encouraged two of my friends/family members to buy from Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso, WA and they did - within a couple weeks of me. Their experiences were also quite positive. I've worked with Dick Hannah in Vancouver in the past with the same exceptional service and will likely skip the shopping around from now on and head straight to Dick Hannah. Even the finance manager, Garrett was awesome with both my deal and my sister's. He found us the best rates and worked hard to get us the payments we wanted without sacrificing any more money than necessary in interest.

Jordan listened to our needs and concerns. He worked hard to make our needs met! Very professional, and seem to genuinely care about getting the best car for us! He has called us more than once after we bought the car checking on us and saying he is always here for any questions we may have. Jim, their financial manager was also awesome and met all our needs! It was a GREAT experience!

Went to check out a used Toyota Tacoma that was advertised as having 120 inspection complete but found numerous issues that should have never went beyond inspection without being fixed. Instead it was moved onto the lot. When pointing out minor and some major issues salesman stated " It has not been through inspection yet" or "they are aware and waiting for parts". Couldn't get a straight answer as to why problems weren't fixed. Service department used to be very thorough in their inspections but with moderate knowledge of mechanics I seen many issues with this truck that should have been fixed or maybe it should have been pushed to auction, instead it may have been put on the lot in hopes somebody will take the salesmans word for it. I drove from an hour away in hopes that I could trust a reputable dealer wouldn't put a used truck with many issues minor and major... from a dome light out to a rusty frame granted it was a older model. My opinion this should have went to auction. I would recommend buying new Toyotas there or their certified Toyotas but it seems to me if your looking for a used vehicle with higher miles I would recommend to bring someone knowledgable in mechanics with you or do your research beforehand as you probably should with any lot but I trusted the BIG name and was let down. You can't go wrong with new or certified if you have the finances.

We had a terrible experience at this location. They added an additional 5,000 to our agreed price into the signing paperwork and we only caught it at the very last second. When my husband and I ran the numbers again on our own, the amount they had us financing plus our down payment added up to be MORE then the initial sticker price. A bunch of crooked criminals. They bring car salesman to a whole new level of digust.

They're negotiating strategy of not budging any numbers other than the loan length and interest rate is crap. They basically slap you in the face if you have a trade. They offer half of kbb value and sell they have to pay the shop to look at it and pay the detailer to clean it and pay this guy and this guy and this guy and next thing you know they say they lose $6k off the top of on your trade.

My 2000 Buick LeSabre was on its final legs, but I thought I could nurse a few more months out of it. Unfortunately, it went belly-up twice in the previous week alongside the highway, so I knew it was time to see about getting another auto, preferably a used one. The first dealership I went to was Dick Hannah, early on a Saturday morning. I had intended to just look around before going to other dealerships. I was immediately met by Lucas Wright, an enthusiastic young man, who asked me about what I was looking for in a car. After hearing my needs, he brought around a brand silver Prius 2, showed me all the particulars of the vehicle, and basically sold me on it within about 15 minutes, even though I had no intention of actually buying that day. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I really couldn't come up with a reason not to buy that day. So I did! I'm 76 years old, and this was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. Many thanks to the entire dealership and especially to Lucas Wright.
