My service manager at Hannah Subaru is the best. He answers my questions before I can even ask them. Friendly and easy to get along with. Asks follow up questions to make sure they are getting it right!

We bought a used car from Joe Lakey at Dick Hannah Dodge ,we were impressed with the service from the start to finish. We had an small issue with it so we took it to the service department and they took very good care of us, they gave it an inspection and found a couple things that needed fixed, all under warranty .

Liked my salesman, not a fan of the repair center. Way overpriced. Don't fall victim to their warranties either. I bought a car at 62,000 miles and it didn't have any of the 60,000 mile check ups done. Ended up having to replace a bunch of stuff I should not have had to. Never buying from here again

Please remember, when you buy a car everything is negotiable. We had decided on a car we liked, sticker price of $8800. When our salesman brought us the paper back, our new total was $10,800 - they had added nearly $1300 in Fees (and $700 in taxes as to be expected). Once again, negotiate the sales price of the vehicle and all fees!! It even says in the fine print at the bottom of Dick Hannah's offer that ALL FEES AND THE SALES PRICE ARE NEGOTIABLE. I've outlined the fees we encountered below (we did not end up purchase a vehicle from Dick Hannah) $800 - Gap insurance. This is optional. Gap insurance can be a good thing, but is not required by most lenders. Negotiate the price or ask for this to be removed $300 - Window Etching. As a comparison, you can buy window etching kits on amazon for $20. This is pure profit for the dealership. While it does have its benefits, this is also optional. $150 - Document Fee. Optional. Negotiate.

My wife has taken her brand new vehicle in to have it serviced at least twice where the dealership failed to correctly locate and resolve the cause. The first time it would not start without significant effort (turn the key, chug-chug-chug-stop, chug-chug-chug then start process, this is for a brand new car). DH's service reps could see the problem and experienced it for themselves. Their service technicians however reported consistently that they could not find anything wrong. They eventually discovered it was a fuel pump problem and fixed it. The second time the car would not start. Their service rep then put the car in neutral, rather than park, and they were able to get the car started. Unsurprisingly their service technicians were unable to find anything wrong with the vehicle yet again despite the service rep having had to take the care out of park and into neutral to get the car started. We're currently consulting an attorney to determine what legal recourse is available to us. That it has come to our consulting an attorney is an indication in our experience of the the service available from this dealership. Another reviewer reported that they "Liked my salesman, not a fan of the repair center." Beyond not liking them, we're going legal. It's that bad. My advice would be to steer clear of them. The difficulties of ownership over the life of the vehicle is a huge part of owning one of their vehicles.

Hi, Mr. Martin, I am truly sorry to hear about your challenges at one of our service centers. If you can please let me know which store you were at I will escalate this for you. I can promise someone will contact you today to get this situation back on the correct track. Please feel free to call me if that would help. Use extension 3305 after calling 360-256-5000. We bought a fairly modest car and we knew we weren't going to finance it. Lawrence was fantastic! He found us a better car than we thought we could afford, made it feasible, and stuck strictly to our budget, including tax and license! He even went to another one of their lots more than 20 miles away at night on a Saturday just to bring the car down for us to look at! It was a great car for the money, and he went way above and beyond to find something that he thought would fit our needs. Would absolutely recommend Lawrence and Dick Hannah to anyone looking for a car.
