I bought my wife's engagement ring here. Ed was great and did not try to do any up-selling or anything. He just helped me find the perfect ring for my wife.

I came in less than an hour before closing, with what I thought was a pretty badly damaged engagement ring. I worked with Kevin and in no time he had it back to normal, free of charge. Beautiful store and friendly staff!

Loved the Diamond Cellar at Sawmill Rd. We got my custom sapphire engagement ring and both wedding bands from Ken Miller. He is hands down the best man for the job, my fiance laughs and says I'm never allowed to visit Ken again...he knew exactly what we wanted without more than a few confused ideas and voila, he produces our dream rings. Simply outstanding service. again because he literally made me the happiest bride-to-be ever!

I have purchased a number of pieces here. I'm by no means wealthy, but I believe in buying the best quality I can for my budget. The pieces are of very good quality for the price and I feel totally confident I am getting the best value, if not the lowest price. I especially like the fact that regardless of your budget the entire staff treats you like you are the most important client they have.

Just bought a replacement ring from Gabe. Great advice and service. Walked out with a ring I am very happy with. Stop in and ask for him

My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands from the Diamond Cellar during their Bridal Weekend Sale with special deals on wedding bands. It was a great deal and the staff was very friendly. He also had my engagement ring custom made here and they did a great job.

I am very pleased with my experience working with Daniel Gordon at the Diamond Cellar. Over the span of a couple of months, Daniel took the time (and I’m talking hours) to promptly answer my many, many questions and educate me about the complexity of diamond grading. I’m interested in gemstones and appreciated his keen knowledge and willingness to share it. Cynics might hear “education” and think “manipulation,” but I never felt pressured to buy, and I was never subjected to an overt sales pitch (like the one I received when I priced similar diamonds from a small store whose owners describe themselves as “diamond brokers”). My partner purchased the stone of my choice without either of us seeing it first, and though this initially made me quite nervous, Daniel sent detailed information and images to help me with my selection. When I received the diamond, I was delighted. Daniel clearly listened to my preferences and found the best match for the budget. The Diamond Cellar is competitively priced. Yes, you might find a better deal at a pawn shop or on ebay, but DC’s solid reputation and superior customer service provide immense peace of mind. If you don’t know what you are doing when purchasing diamonds (and I mean *really* know what you are doing-- being able to define the 4Cs is not enough), it’s very easy to get ripped off. My partner and I would rather spend a little more and be assured that we are, indeed, purchasing exactly what we intended to purchase. And that’s just what Daniel at the Diamond Cellar helped us to do. :-)

I was recently shopping around for engagement ring ideas when I decided to check out the Diamond Cellar. I had heard a radio advertisement mentioning a location at Easton Town Center. I frequent that area, but never noticed this store (probably because I'm a guy and previously hadn't been thinking about engagement rings). The customer service has very pleasant. At the front desk I was offered something to drink then given a brief tour of the store's selection. I was quickly greeted by an associate, Jason Sakasci. He was very knowledgeable and I felt the whole interaction was very transparent; no tricks or hidden information. Jason helped me with a custom-design band and a assisted me to get the best diamond for my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From one regular guy to another (presuming you are also a guy) this is truly a place to go if you need help or just want honest and experienced advice. I will definitely be going back for the weddings bands. If you want a personal experience from people who care about making you happy and not just just pushing a sale I would highly recommend checking this place out.
