+Devon Stiles Are you using your Bitly login name in your username field for the plugin? That's what you should use. You'll find that also on the settings page where your API key is.

Finally gave Tinseltown's tossgreen a try!
Tossgreen is heaven for salad bar lovers like me - all the fixins without the general public putting their grimey hands on them.

Often times in IT, soft skills are neglected in professional development. The wonderfully insightful +Dave Nixon of Modis Cincinnati shared his wisdom via the +Modis blog on how to improve those skills:

Last Friday, I got a wild hair up my bum and decided to go test drive Chevy Equinoxes. I'd been eyeing a new car for a while, but wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger. The reason I chose Nimnicht over other Chevy dealers in town was because of the fantastic experience I'd had about a year ago with their body shop. They'd gone above and beyond to take care of me after I'd been rear-ended, so I hoped their sales department would function in a similar fashion. I made an appointment online with Steve Job in internet sales, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a single girl, car stuff can be kind of intimidating. But there was nothing intimidating about my experience. Steve greeted me with a smile and before we started looking, we talked about what I was thinking budget-wise, must haves in a vehicle, likes, and don't-care-abouts. From there, he took me to look at a variety of Equinoxes. I was impressed with the number they had available. After we found the model I was looking for, we went for a test drive. Then we discussed options. I'm a very particular person, and there were a few minor details about the vehicle I wasn't crazy about. Steve worked with the accessories department to present me with options and we found a fantastic solution to fit my needs both financially and aesthetically. Overall, the entire buying experience was fantastic. Not super pressure-y, and they did a great job fitting my wants and needs. I absolutely love my new Equinox and recommend Nimnicht to anyone!
