Call for tech writers to stop disparaging Google+ and its users! Please +1 and reshare this! +Engadget has decided in their great wisdom to hire writers that dismiss *+Google+, and insult its users.* Writers like +Andrew Tarantola, who write for such blogs as +Gizmodo, and have little to do but be dismissive and make snarky comments simply because people didn't find him interesting enough to circle him. < That is their problem!

These writers never established a large following, because Google+ is about engaging conversations, rather than reposts of tech articles and easily obtained likes. We have to earn a following. So, people like +Andrew Tarantola get upset because they never pass more than 100 followers, while people who are otherwise unknown, build circles of thousands. So, they write about Google+ and its "2 users," as a means of coming to grips with being so uninteresting.

Think about that for a minute. +Google+ has not failed by any stretch of the imagination. It is a very successful and vibrant community, and I think all the B.S. tech writers are dismissive because they want it easy; they don't think they need to engage or communicate with their readers. This is about people wanting the status quo to continue, as it is easier for them to wrap their head around facebook and twitter because those networks don't require further engagement with real people, other than contests and cheap advertising tricks.

I for one am tired of it, and think we should all be making sure to get the message out that Google+ isn't going anywhere, and it is time for these tech writers to get with the program, or learn to write without making snarky dismissive comments about platforms that they failed at because they are not interesting enough.

Lets show these tech publications, blogs, and even +Sergey Brin and +Anil Sabharwal that they need to take Google+, and all of its users more seriously!

Thanks to +Charise Strandberg, who happens to have 30k more followers than +Andrew Tarantola.

2K phones and beyond...

Take a moment to think this one through. These high resolutions are not for normal use at all. Once you use a vr headset with your 1080p phone and then try a Gear VR you will understand the reasoning.

Whether you like it or not mobile VR is going to be pushed and pushed hard.

You have been warned.

I want to see the use of updated Google apps on these builds.

It would be much clearer to gauge whether Samsung has removed them (Google literally built the hooks into Lollipop), ignored the guidelines and free code only to hack and slash at it themselves or simply hasn't implemented it in there apps.

There's no evidence of Lollipop animation in these videos but nearly all the Google apps have been updated.

Now that is edge to edge. will come a point when a phone is fully edge to edge chin and all. Amoled screens can be true black and create those much loved bezels for those moments when you want to hold the device for whatever (much like virtual keys) but imagine the whole thing becoming a screen when your watching a film or playing a game with a Bluetooth controller.

Thanks for the mini reviews dude. Great work.

What is wrong with the word addictive? Or could someone please illustrate why anyone would use the word addicting rather than addictive.

This seems to be a US blog world phenomenon which is spreading to the younglings or is this a part of grammar I've blocked out subconsciously?

This may actually be the ultimate android phone.

I've seen comparison photos and they look great. A little colour heavy but great.
The battery is massive.
It looks sharp and premium.
All the specs are Amazing.
...and it runs cyanogen mod?

Everyone should buy this phone.

I would love them to develop a smaller device with as close to the same specs as possible to complete there range.

The release of this phone is very close so I'll ignore this video and wait for a mature professionals opinions on this new flagship.

Everyone has to start somewhere. My advice would be to have a list of topics, do's and don'ts and also to watch other reviewers in action.

Rushing to post this won't do you any favours.

This pub has gone from strength to strength over the years. The current menu is tasty and well worth your pounds and pence.

I was brought up on the sweet bun and hard dough bread from this bakery and as far as I know the quality has never missed the mark. I intend to bring my children up on the same great bread especially the twist which is unbeatable with hominy corn porridge

I've returned to this restaurant many times over the years since 2004 and I've yet to have a bad evening or meal. Phone ahead to get the suckling pig as it's a popular choice. Value for money in an idilic setting.
