I have to agree and say that without the inspire package lectora v12 is sorely lacking in power. I would still opt for lectora above storyline and captivate...personally, I find it easier to use than the other tools in the market.

This is spot on if I must say! Just as mLearning is a method that suits the target audience, responsive design should focus around the analysis of the target audience. The learner and the learner requirements cannot be overlooked.
