Service is awesome. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was ok, not horrible, but I've had a lot better say hotels. Nobody (even other guests) would easy the eggs, they just got thrown away.

Good place to stay for the budget minded and walking distance to Disney. Rooms seem to have been renovated to a modern contemporary look. Restaurant / bar located next to lobby had some surprisingly good food.

Stayed a week in a kitchenette suite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room roomy and clean. Maid service good. Complimentary breakfast very nice, staff in the breakfast room efficient and helpful. Good location, 10 minute walk from Disneyland. Next to 7-11, Walgreens, food places opposite (Subway, pizza). Bar in the hotel does good enough food. Would recommend and would stay again.

Parking is HORRIBLE! no joke, If you can even find a place to park it's usually hard to get into or out of the spot it's packed like a sardine can. One plus was we got a free upgrade to the room with bunk beds for the kids. So now to what's wrong with the room, a slab of granite fell off the back of a bench in the room and hit my daughter in the back, we only got a few channels on the TV that we were actually supposed to get after incoming the front desk they half way fixed it and we got most of the channels. My wife and daughter were both blow drying there hair at the same time and blew all the fuses in our room, when we check in the linens stained and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Bathroom door wouldn't lock because the door frame wasn't square you could tell the remodel was a half ass job. When my wife called to talk to a manager she was given the run around this place is a joke and operated by unprofessional people. STAY AWAY

Booked two separate stays because they filled up too fast. First night was a double queen and they bumped us to a double queen suite with sunken living room. Large room. Clean and quiet with great view to see Disney Resort fireworks. Free parking and whole top floor for (free) breakfast room and ballrooms. Great amenities and reasonable walk from resort. I've stayed at a Disney resort hotel and like this one better. Next four nights I'm in the king suite with small side room with double-sized bunk beds. Worth it! Smaller room but worth having bunks for the kids and some privacy for the adults. Looking forward to the rest of my stay. Staff has been incredibly helpful. Just ask them and they will help!

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I absolutely like it. The rooms are spacious, staff are super nice. A cleaning lady even offered to get me bandaids from the lobby, when I asked if they had any. The breakfast is satisfying, we dont have to worry about where too eat. The distance to Disney is reasonable. This will be my new 2nd home whem I come to Anaheim.

Horrible, horrible experience. It looks pretty, but the paper thin walls make it impossible to sleep. I sounded like we were sleeping outside the cars were so loud. I feel like I was robbed of my money staying here. Going to Disneyland is no longer enjoyable on 2 hours of crappy sleep. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Not bad, but not great either. The positives: the staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was clean, and the walk to Disneyland is pretty short. The negatives: the floor we were staying on was under construction (it was extremely loud and the smell of paint was overwhelming) and the room design is frustrating.
