Well...it's what I have on hand to test a DB-404B antenna on 440 for a new repeater installation...my question is how much is this "adapter" going to throw off testing SWR on the antenna?

Isn't the rule 3db per adapter, or something like that?
 
Most commercial-grade adapters are 0.1 - 0.2 dB loss.
 
+Mary Joseph Yeah, that looks about right. It's not going into actual use though, so I don't actually need one for now. Just was going to test with this. Then again, I can connect the antenna to my regular radio and test SWR that way too.
