For the adventurous amongst us... There's a great 2 way (NEXTEL) type application that's available for both mobile as well as desktop. It's called Zello. (www.zello.com) It can be used for both one to one communication as well as group communication. All in HD audio. I've setup a private channel for Skibumsplace if you are so inclined to tinker. I'm scared to death of dentists. A regular basket case. These folks were great! They made me feel as comfortable as possible. Once sedated, it was all over before I knew it. Absolutely no pain or discomfort.
