Nice! Mission Belts for all. It'll fit! Might we suggest (bit.ly/1AAa4Ag) the Fugitive, our orange belt for your orange belt. When the time come, use PromoCode MBCO4LIFE for 10% off your order.

"It doesn’t matter if you’re doing textbook #scrum  or something at scale. Your people still need a shared understanding. If not, you’re going to start seeing a lot of delays and a lot of rework."

After paying $1000 over the past 6 months to Terminix, to remove a mouse from my attic, I finally just did it myself. I am shocked and saddened by the lack of customer service. Terminix did not provide us with a solution. They sold us services, products, and more services. Within 12 hours of cancelling my service contract, I went into my attic with a simple mouse trap, baited with cheese, and caught the mouse. $1000 and 6 months from Terminix and I got nothing. $2 and 12 hours from myself and I have success. I could go into future detail how the information I provided to the service reps was ignored, leading to my increased frustration. After posting a complaint on other social media platforms, I was promptly asked to contact Terminix via email (which they provided). That was 30 days ago. Still no response. I guess Terminix really doesn't care. Update: Still no word about resolving my issue. The sales division of Terminix did call a few weeks ago and asked if they gave me a discount, would I consider signing up for another annual agreement. I said no (after 15 minutes of explaining why I would never use their services again).

Had an awesome ice café americano. Very reasonably priced. Surprised and happy to enjoy the free wi-fi. Great experience.

We were the only customers there, when we arrived. Though we were seated promptly, we didn't get our lunch for almost an hour. Very little corned beef in the "Rolls Royce" sandwich and it had a huge chunk of fat in it, making it almost uneatable. The service wasn't bad but we received no apology or explanation for not getting our food in a reasonable amount of time. We believe they didn't preheat the grill, since everyone who arrived after us got their food about the same time. And as others have said, the bathrooms are disgusting and the whole place smells of bleach. I would not recommend having a business lunch or taking the family there. If you're in college and drunk...maybe it's not so bad.

I've been hard pressed to find mochi in Frederick, until I was told about this place. There are even lots of great snacks for those who have Indian or Japanese pallets. Finding this place made my day!

Since Mimi's opened in Frederick, we've gone there half a dozen times. Each time, the food has impressed us. It's well prepared, seasoned, and portioned. Service, on the other hand, has been spotty. That is, it is either really-really good or really-really bad. The management DOES listen though. They cornered us once when we tried to say "well, the food was good". We wound up with an apology and some free food. Other times, we've cornered the management to tell them how awesome the service was. Again, when the service is good, it's REALLY good. I would recommend giving them the benefit of the doubt.

This place is incredible. Not only do I get a really good cut, I'm usually done in 20 minutes. It's never a "hack" job either! Every guy who walks through the door is greeted promptly. Even the guys without an appointment only have about a 5-15 minute wait. If you're impatient, just play the game console, watch one one of the numerous big LCD TVs, or ask for a complementary beverage. The design and layout of this place is awesome. You really FEEL like a man when you're there. It's an awesome experience.
