You’ll see us highlight our magical therapists individually, but this kind of feedback is always extra special. We strive to grow and learn as a team, and as a family we take care of our clients, each other, and our community. Getting to do what we love and make our clients happy in the process makes us feel all warm and fuzzy 💜

We are going shoe-free at Peace of Mind! In some Asian cultural traditions, shows are removed before entering any building as a sign of respect for sacred space, whether it be a temple, a shop, or a home. Not only does it help maintain physical cleanliness, it symbolizes shedding a layer of what you carry around with you in your energy body. Other benefits of being barefoot are a deeper sense of grounding, retraining your feet to become stronger and support themselves, and restore natural movement in the body. Not too keen on going barefoot in public? Don’t worry, we’ve got slippers available upon request. 👣

Create and set intentions, learn about the sacred plant, drink a full ceremonial dosage of cacao and allow yourself to be guided into deep meditation.
Cacao is known as heart medicine due to the active components that work directly with your heart. Cacao allows you to reach higher states of consciousness filled with self-love and allows you to simply be. Join us April 15th to experience the magic. RSVP via this link: https://www.facebook.com/events/200338514047205?%3Fti=ia. ✨

You know that feeling you get when you master a new skill? Or when a light bulb clicks on in your brain and you understand something in a new way? Well, we’re pretty addicted to it! Continuing education is the best way for us to keep our work fresh and grow and expand as massage therapists. In the last six weeks, we’ve had four therapists delve into new courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Manual Lynphatic Drainage. We also held an in-house skill share where the whole team learned to use Thai Herbal Compresses. Ask about these items when booking your next session, and we’ll get to use our new tricks! It’s a win/win.
