I've tried to find a way to write you without having to post on your YouTube page but I wanted to see if you had seen the campground not too far from where you are in Pioche, Nevada. It's named Horsethief Gulch Campground and it looks very nice from the Google Maps page, it might be worth a "Recon" as it isn't that far to travel. I found this website, if that helps: http://parks.nv.gov/parks/spring-valley-state-park/

+Denny Curtis I checked it out last year, beautiful park. You could maybe go 1-2 days without, then go over to Echo Canyon, which is also close by, and they have internet.

Just so you know, Google is starting a service called Project Fi, originally called project Nova. This service, which is not active yet, will provide carrier and data from multiple sources and then resell to the user at discounted prices but the big difference from other resellers is that they refund any unused data usage.. so, if you have a large plan like 30 Gig a month and only use 10 they will refund you the cost of the unused portion.

They are doing this project to drive down user costs and, to be frank, provide better service. Part of this project is also to provide service in areas without traditional coverage.. and the media has centered on this aspect with the balloons and plane ideas...Google needs to have more bandwidth available for the Google products which is counter to the carriers wanting to limit bandwidth in order to charge more... anyway, it's not here yet but it's on the way.

By the way, I really enjoy your videos, too many trolls want to complain and bitch about it.. don't let them get you down.. as for them, if you don't like this channel get off it and don't watch!

Suggestion.. you may wish to include yachts in the idea of sales as they also use shore power connections.  Just a thought...This idea may be something of value to the live aboards in Alaska that would allow a little extra income while working in the summer.

The last time you were in this town you had an overly friendly dog that Toto played with.. is that dog still around? Just curious..Never mind, I see where someone else asked the same question about Lucy... I hope all is well with her and with you and Toto..

+Denny Curtis Xolos can live 15-20 years, have general good health, and are also very smart. Toto is a medium size at 32 lbs, Xolos can get up to 50-60 lbs, and still have good health and long life. They have not been overbred, they are actually closer to feral dogs. They survived the last 500 years or so as 3rd world garbage dump dogs!

I know you receive many compliments on your videos but I must tell you that they just don't do you justice... your videos are several magnitudes better than any other RV blog currently on the net. The landscapes are magnificent, the narration is spot on and your accent just really adds to the overvoice when describing the wonderful and interesting locations that you visit ... very professional!

I am impressed and I don't get impressed easily...

I would ask anyone viewing the videos that Robert has presented to PLEASE hit the "Thumbs up" button as a way to say thank you...

Robert, again, please accept my gratitude for a wonderful blog..I look forward, with great anticipation, for many more yet to come..

Thank you. You are very kind. I just wish I could travel more often to be able to make more videos, but I know that day will come. Thanks again!

Already moved on... =)

As I've been on the road, I've found that I create videos quite a bit faster than I can manage to get them edited and posted...which is why I date them in the title, but also keep my itinerary (mostly) up to date in the description - so you can see in the video where I was when I shot it, but can also where I (probably, if I didn't change plans after I posted the video) currently am, and where I plan to be as I firm up my plans for the next couple of weeks... =)

If you email me some tips (from the Contact page on the website), I've got a document I'm keeping of places to go when I come back this way...

Thanks for the offer, I really truly appreciate it!

Past President of the South Gulf Cove HOA in Port Charlotte (Englewood area) Florida. I am proud to say I served my country as a Marine dring the Viet Nam era (4 years). I'm also very technical have worked for over 25 years as a Computer programmer and systems analyst. I love any thing that deals with tech and simply love high tech gadgets..
Introduction
I'm a tech junkie.. anything to do with new technology is like a drug to me! My specialty is to see what a new app or gadget does then use it in unexpected ways to accomplish a task it was not originally designed to do. I also like to think of ways to improve our lives using existing technology and to make suggestions for future technical ideas.
Bragging rights
I've been in computers so long that I have project tee shirts older then most of the newer programmers!
