My new video on social media.

Get the most out of social media with one-on-one interactions with customers, not just big self-promotions.

Very proud of my new study on LTO and integration between auto manufacturers and dealers. Available free: http://www.dealereprocess.com/locate-to-order-consumers-locate-vehicle-of-choice/
Locate to Order (LTO) allows consumers to locate an exact or similar vehicle match across factory orders, in-transit inventory, and showroom inventory.

My new video destroys an old myth in automotive retail.

"The automobile was long considered the second largest expense a typical family would make, second only to the purchase of their home. For many, it follows that this is decision is too big to make online."

Should dealers use listing sites or drive more traffic to their own website? My new video provides a fresh look http://www.dealereprocess.com/automotive-marketing-facts/

Another myth destroyed. Consumers don't just visit an average of 1.3 dealerships before they buy. http://www.dealereprocess.com/1-point-3-dealer-myth-destroyed/
Sometimes experts stated as fact that auto shoppers only visit an average of 1.3 dealerships. New research from J.D. Power dispels this 1.3 dealer myth.

Dr. Price is very fair and patient. His staff is nice as well. I'm pretty picky about dentists, but I recommend this one without reservation.

Service and advice is fantastic at Cape Fear Computer. They have fixed two of our older systems and just help us design a new one. Both the product and service prices are at or below the market rate, and the service is like the Ritz Carlton of computer stores. They really know their computers, but also how to treat people. I am so grateful they are in Fayetteville!!!

Monkey Joe's is a great place to watch children and grandchildren play. Our four grandchildren love it (age 1-8). It's not a daycare center, and I can see where people who expect dozens of kids to play together and none of them get bumped or pushed are going to be disappointed. For regular folks like us, it is a wonderful place to watch kids enjoy themselves and learn to make friends with others! It's great exercise for them and they sure sleep hard when they get home.
