If only...
Wouldn't it be lovely if YouTube comments actually left us feeling warm, fuzzy, and good about ourselves?

A nice article about a boy who met - and I'm sure was inspired by - Jony Ive.

Thanks, Dennis. "Inspired" is the word. Hudson was so thrilled to meet Sir Jony - and none of us fully realized just how powerful he is at Apple. He was a quiet, humble man who talked to Hudson with respect. I'm sure he will have a lifelong impact on Hudson's thinking.

Tomorrow is Carl Sagan day.

"I went to the librarian and asked for a book about stars ...And the answer was stunning. It was that the Sun was a star but really close. The stars were suns, but so far away they were just little points of light ...The scale of the universe suddenly opened up to me. It was a kind of religious experience. There was a magnificence to it, a grandeur, a scale which has never left me."

With all the Apple bashing that has been going around the past few months, I thought I'd make a simple statement:

Zero = The amount of trojans, malware, viruses, and spyware I have been infected with since I bought a Mac last year.

I think the "idea" of anti-virus software in Unix is a joke! Certainly AV software is "good" to have, but it's not going to prevent vulnerabilities. As long as we keep your Unix systems patched and up to date, you will be in a good shape! Just my two cents. ;-D

I saw DDP's/Arthur's story 3-4 months ago. Still gives me lots of hope with my weight loss/health improvement journey and renewed interest in yoga. Have talked with my nutritionist about this adding it to my existing exercise regime.
