"I went to the librarian and asked for a book about stars ...And the answer was stunning. It was that the Sun was a star but really close. The stars were suns, but so far away they were just little points of light ...The scale of the universe suddenly opened up to me. It was a kind of religious experience. There was a magnificence to it, a grandeur, a scale which has never left me."
I think the "idea" of anti-virus software in Unix is a joke! Certainly AV software is "good" to have, but it's not going to prevent vulnerabilities. As long as we keep your Unix systems patched and up to date, you will be in a good shape! Just my two cents. ;-D
Thanks, Dennis. "Inspired" is the word. Hudson was so thrilled to meet Sir Jony - and none of us fully realized just how powerful he is at Apple. He was a quiet, humble man who talked to Hudson with respect. I'm sure he will have a lifelong impact on Hudson's thinking.
