This ridiculous practice needs to stop, it tantamount to a breach of privacy.
 
I don't say this often but kudos to Facebook for taking this position. 
 
I could see them saying hey you must friend us if you want to work here, but password never.
 
And employers care about facebooks policies WHY? This won't stop anything...we need a law.
 
why not give them all text message & cell phone logs while you are at it, so absurd, that they think they have a right to ask. It will take one case to hit class action level and this will stop.
