‘An author of software cannot oppose the resale of his “used” licences allowing the use of his programs downloaded from the internet’ – decides Court of Justice of European Union.

This has enormous implications!

According to StatCounter, Chrome has beaten IE worldwide!

Of course, these statistics are not truly correct and we can’t0 rely on them, but it’s something we can randomly chat about.

Style guides for many languages, compiled by Microsoft. Very useful and quite thorough. Recommended even you do not design UIs or copywrite texts.
Download Microsoft’s localization style guides in over 90 languages.

Good find!
However, I'm suspicious that their guide for Lithuanian makes no mention of plural forms; there are several minor inaccuracies as well, and some sections of the document appear to be overly generic. But I believe this is still very useful if you're planning on doing proper localization.
