I have had the worst customer service with Delta concerning a flight from L.A. to Puerto Vallerta (Mexico). Due to a mistake in my booking I had to reschedule. It took me 3 customer employees (on three seperate days!), before I met a nice girl who was into the Netherlands who could help me out and put effort into my problem.
Complain mails afterwards were not looken into and never replied to. The reply I did get were contradicting, claiming my booking number was missing, while this was never told to me at their first, second or third reply.
No. It is a shame Delta is a KLM Skyteam partner. Otherwise I would have never flown with them again. Horrible.
Edit: After three weeks, I see that my email still hasn't been replied to.
