Perhaps you should look at your current employees at the call center who handles tech issues once a laptop is 58 days old and outside of the return period. Once you get past that "oh no mr. customer please don't return it and buy a mac" period they begin to act insulting over the phone. I used to love +Dell but now I'm just flat disappointed by your company.
