In this article (http://goo.gl/e8Et8T+The Next Web author uses Google Trends data to illustrate Chrome's performance decline over the years. But did he in fact simply show the browser overall popularity instead? You be the judge...

It looks like whatever happened around June 2012, Chrome had a spike in people reporting slowness ever since with no change in the browser's popularity (when you account for popularity by comparing against the two).

+The Onion just went responsive, showcasing a bold new look with cutting edge web concepts including infinite scrolling. Don't bother with your praise however as their feedback rules are made clear on this page: "User feedback on The Onion’s new website is strictly prohibited."

I'm stunned that people actually still consider infinite scrolling an awesome thing. Nobody scrolls that much and it has no UX value at all. Just a modernistic gimmick to show how clueless they are.

Dilbert.com: Death by SEO
by Scott Adams

"My suggestion is that Google and the other search engine companies treat rare medical conditions as exceptions to the normal ranking formulas. The most elegant fix would be a prominent line at the top of any medical search that offers to show the rare conditions first. That won’t take up much real estate on the page, and anyone with a hard-to-diagnose condition would click it for sure."

Important issue for sure but awful clickbait headline.

I also strongly advise people with inexplicable symptoms to go to alternative medicine practitioners, especially TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is very useful. It doesn't treat every symptom separately as most "body plumber" type of doctors but looks at the whole body, mind and environment.

Relying on Google for medical advice is a recipe for disaster. remember that Google sold billions of worth of ads for illegal drugs in the past.
