Hearing +Rand Fishkin talk up Google Plus at #pbevent  - we give G+ a lot of grief where I live... but he's making it sound really good..

I've spent the weekend cooking up a blog post... and tweaking my contact form to do some pretty heavy lifting... curious... does your contact form work hard? Or just quietly send email... would love your feedback.

This is good stuff... thanks +Melinda Samson
Are you as tired of getting emails from supposed SEO and online marketing agencies as I am that tell you how bad your website is?

I'm so tired of them that today on one of my blogs I road test what these emails are telling you and let you know about 3 free tools that you can use to confirm if there is any validity to their claims.

Big shout out to +Cath Beaton at +Phase Creative  for the stunning design - thrilled to show off our joint project for +Lotsafreshair - a customised, beautiful design for the Metro theme http://lotsafreshair.com - development by +Dee Teal

Just turned this around - a new blog for Mindset - their blog is is on WordPress but the parent site is Concrete 5.  Couple of tidy plugins to handle the menus (Uber, for the mega menu - horrible, horrible to customise - and Ultimate Flyout Responsive Menu for WP for the mobile menu).  Thanks to +Sridhar Katakam  for the code for the masonry.  Design by Interactive Cyberbia

Create your image in photoshop if you have it, at 32x32 size, when you choose save for web and  save it as if it was a png but call it favicon.ico

I'm the only person I know who does it that way... But it totally works!!
I really like the Genesis "G" favicon style but would like it with the letter "M" for a site I'm working on.  My attempts to create one were not as clear.  Anyone know where to find favicons ?
