"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence." ~Helen Keller
#confidence #quote :)

You may feel influential and receive positive feedback about the ways you make an impact in the lives of others.
While this type of response from others is pleasant to hear, you may also want to make sure that you are basing your actions on your own determination to excel.
If you begin with the creation of a solid belief in yourself, you will develop the confidence and drive to continue your efforts and create beneficial outcomes for yourself. You may find it helpful to engage in a period of creative visualization and see yourself feeling proud and strong about your achievements and motivated to continue creating more success in your life.

A strong belief in ourselves gives us the motivation to be our best, regardless of the feedback we receive from others. While it is natural to desire approval and acceptance from others, we also need to develop a solid belief in ourselves in order to maximize our potential. By choosing to build ourselves up from within, we develop the strength and confidence that can sustain us in any endeavor. We are then willing and able to stretch beyond our limits and create lives that reflect who we truly are.
The feedback we receive from others will then be a nice complement to our already strong belief structure, rather than be the source of it. With a strong belief in yourself and your own abilities, you can enjoy the compliments you receive from others while owning your own confidence.

You may have to call upon your ability to adapt to ever-changing situations. Being flexible and spontaneous in your plans might make it easier for you to go with the flow and get full satisfaction from your experiences. If your plans should change at any time, instead of being disappointed you might want to look at these alterations as chances to explore or discover some new aspect of yourself and your life. Learning to be open to the variety of scenarios that life presents can help you be present in every moment as opposed to ruing the past or worrying about the future. Asking yourself what new things you can learn from being patient with everything life throws your way could make these new and exciting experiences more precious and dear to you.

Going with, instead of against, life’s plan for us enables us to encounter new challenges that compel us to grow in exhilarating ways. The more open we are to the unexpected, the more of life’s treasures we will find. Having room in our plans for last-minute changes means that we value and accept the fact that not everything in life goes as planned and that it is more important to live in the moment and not in our heads—because that’s where we are when we want everything to go our way. By adapting to each situation as often as not, you will be able to cherish every experience as it happens. :)

The energy of unpredictability may find you at a crossroads. You may not have a clear vision of the next step on your path, and therefore any option seems possible.
Since you may be feeling uncertain of the right choice to make regarding important decisions, you may feel that your life could change at any moment.
When we have an idea of the direction we'd like to go, we don't realize how often we come to a point of decision.
Every moment of our lives is filled with infinite possibilities, but we may not recognize that when we have already chosen our path.
There is no right choice, just as there is no wrong choice.
In this place of possibility, we can create whatever we like just by choosing it. The energy of not knowing gives you the power to create your own vision.

It can be overwhelming to make a decision when we know our choice affects our future. But when we make a connection to our goals and our dreams, we begin to create a vision that helps us make the best choices for ourselves. Once we have that vision, we not only have a better idea about what our next step might be, but we also attract opportunities to us.
Instead of making a decision point to a place of fear about the right decision, it can become a place of power for you to embrace your ability to create the life you want to live.

A need to be around others could cause you to be more affectionate than usual.
While expressing our love and affection are positive acts, it is important to make sure that you are reaching out to others with sincere affection instead of the need to fill up the emptiness inside of you.
Looking to others to fill the void within us can leave them feeling drained. It also prevents you from paying attention to the emptiness you are feeling and seeing how you can fulfill yourself.
Try to give of your love without an agenda or any strings attached. Others will be grateful to you for loving them in conscious ways.

Taking care of our emotional needs allows us to form healthy, interdependent relationships.
The people in our lives are there as companions on our journey and have their own purposes to fulfill. They are not here to keep us constantly entertained or meet our every emotional need.
When we can relate to people in a way that our relationships add to our already full lives instead of becoming the center of our focus, we create interdependence instead of dependence.
Instead of looking to others to meet the needs that we should be filling for ourselves, or expecting our loved ones to harbor us from any uncomfortable feelings, we can benefit from nurturing ourselves.
Take care of your needs, and you’ll know that the tokens of affection you give to others won’t come with any strings attached.
