Question about making introductions on LinkedIn. In the new desktop UI, can you message one connection and ask for an introduction to someone they're connected to, but you're not?

I no longer see that option available. I actually have never used it, but have a client who is asking about it.
LinkedIn has this posted (see link below) but it's about introducing two people to one another who you're already connected.
