Great to learn from these marketing leaders!

Without question, brand authority is essential for integrated marketing success.

Here's how 15 top influencers define authority for marketing including: Brian Clark, Ann Handley, Joe Pulizzi, Danny Sullivan, Chris Brogan, Sonia Simone, Michael King, Jerod Morris, Pamela Wilson & Scott Brinker.  All are speakers at Copyblogger Media's Authority Rainmaker conference in May. http://tprk.us/1HqCiRa

Of course, winning with authority for marketing isn't the only prize. We're also giving away a free pass to Authority Rainmaker too. Check the post to find out how.
"I fight authority and authority always wins" So says the song by John Mellencamp. In the digital marketing world, why fight authority when you can become authoritative yourself? Today there ...

Mixed feelings -- there were some bad experiences, but the definitely wanted to make-up for the problems. We went to Fairfax from MD because they had the color Accord we wanted. They agreed to our price rather easily, but then took over 4 hours to get our car and papers ready to leave. We actually went to lunch and came back. They said they would mail our plates to us so we wouldn't have to drive the 40 miles to get them. The day our temporary plates expired, I called twice asking about our plates. They said they had mailed us a postcard (it came the next day), and then they promised to send our plates that day (a Monday). The next Saturday, we still did not have our plates. I called, twice, again, and found they STILL had our plates. My husband had to drive there to get them afterall, which we could have done before our temporary ones expired!! Update on Fairfax Honda's customer service--I've spoken to the GM, sales manager and service manager, plus others. They were very sincere on making good on the bad service. We now have rear back-up sensors on the car! I will say, it was a close call when they couldn't find the parts. But, parts found, and now I shouldn't back into anything!
