- I have over 20 years of Marketing Experience including 15 years in New Media and Digital Marketing (Internet, Mobile, Social Media)
- I have spoken at industry events including eMetrics.
- I have worked with companies ranging in size from 8 to 10,000 employees. 
- I was working with some of the largest Internet brands (AOL, Yahoo!) when Herman Miller chairs & Foosball tables defined you as an organization (circa 1997)
- I was developing content for Mobile when the Motorola StarTAC was the hottest device in the market (circa 1999)
- I was participating in social media when MySpace was a big deal (circa 2005)
- I started my marketing career when you needed to back up your work with an 8 inch floppy disk.
- I understand that all marketing tactics, whether offline, online, or mobile, are all just arrows in the marketing quiver & knowing when to use them is critical to a Marketer's success.

    As Chat Program Manager, I lead the management and development of the SAS Chat Program. This goal of the Chat Program is to enhance the online visitor experience and to drive sales leads. My responsibilities include the strategic planning and management of the existing program along with leading the expansion of the program globally. Accomplishments: • Led the original deployment of chat functionality on the SAS Corporate website in 2008 • Transitioned program to a proactive model in 2010 resulting an increase of chat interactions over 1,500% in 3 years. • Chat program now is leading inbound lead generation tool with a 93.8% customer satisfaction score. • Program has been expanded to 7 countries including EMEA and APAC.
