Had my 2011 Honda Pilot in because the door would not unlock with the remote or switch on the door. The service department quickly diagnosed the issues and told me that a part needed ordered and wouldn't be done until the following day. As promised the car was done the next day and has not had any problem ever since. Very pleased with my first experience at this dealership. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was I had to go a day without my vehicle while it got fixed.

Great service department! Oil Changes and scheduled services are very quick & prices are fair. Brake jobs may be a bit on the higher end but that is to be expected @ a dealer vs. privately owned shop, however Dean stands by their work if you have future issues. Had some issues with my vehicle shortly after purchase (manufacturing issue, not dealer related) and received a phone call directly from the Owner of the dealership to assure me that the issues would be resolved. Service department went above and beyond and after a few visits car was better than new. 7AM opening time give you the ability to get your car serviced before heading into work as well. When purchasing the vehicle in 2014 the Salesman Zac Kasper was courteous and made the process quick and I was in my new car within only a few hours from walking in.

Best Dealership in the South Hills hands down! Actually I would go even farther and say all of Pittsburgh! The staff at Dean Honda is amazing! Friendly, Professional and the real deal! Such a bad experience! I swear that's the most ridiculous dealer, Nate, I've met so far in my life. Tell you what, the said that if I come physically they will give me a better price than the one they gave me in email. But once I came the price was $300 higher even than the email price. What's more, the dealer, Nate, forces me to make a commitment to buy it even before me having a test drive!!! At the end I didn't make a commitment and he even doesn't allow me to have a test drive. A total wast of time talking with this dealer. Trust me, you'd like to avoid this dealer, ever.

Everyone at Dean Honda was pleasant and easy to work with. While I was waiting for my work to be completed, several employees stopped to talk and say hello and see how we were doing. The waiting area is very clean and hospitable and my work was done timely. Thanks for the hot chocolate and coffee (even though it was one of the hottest days of the year!!!) My next vehicle will definitely be purchased at Dean Honda. Thanks to all your employees.

My salesman was delightful (Bob Anderson). He offered pros and cons for me to consider on both vehicles I was comparing (HR-V versus CR-V). Everyone I encountered was respectful, down to earth, and grateful for my business. It was an all-around wonderful experience from start to finish… Saturday morning, 8 am – 11 am, in with an old car and out with a new! As a customer, I can tell you I just want something fair… a mutually beneficial, no nonsense, no games, transaction and I found it PLUS at Dean Honda.

I got my windshield replaced and needed new inspection stickers. I called Dean Honda on a Wednesday. They said they could get me in on Friday after 9am. I said that I work from 9:30-6, so they said, "let's try 8am." I came in at 8 and waited for an hour. When I asked how much longer it would be, they said that my car hadn't even been taken back yet. At this point I was running the risk of being late for work, so my husband brought me his car. He waited another half an hour for them to put on my inspection stickers. They then charged me $10 in labor to do so. I got a letter in the mail saying that my airbag had been recalled. I called Dean Honda to order a new one. When it arrived, I got a phone call at 1pm while I was at work, and the message was as follows: "Your airbag has arrived. Please call us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment, because unfortunately if we don't hear from you, your part will be recycled to the next customer." Thankfully, I was able to call them back quickly to schedule an appointment. When I took my car in to get the airbag replaced, I asked about the voicemail because I thought it was ridiculous for them to say they were going to give my airbag to the next customer if I didn't call in. They claimed that my airbag, which if it was defective could have killed the person riding in the car with me, would have only been given to another customer if I didn't get back to them for several days to weeks. Personally, I was irritated that they threatened to give away my airbag that I had already waited for weeks to come in.
