Sales person has been extremely difficult and annoying to deal with.. I'm sure hes a nice guy and all, but not very pleasing to deal with when buying/leasing a car. You can't just give me the average credit tier price when I tell you that I know I qualify for tier 1. What he tells me is I'll have to apply for credit first, then he can show me their tier 1 price.. I know your strategy man... I'm not going to waste dropping my hard inquiry here just to know what you can offer me. It shouldn't work this way.. Their way of selling cars is very shady, just like DCH Freehold Toyota. The smell of ripoff wasn't very pleasing. Glad I left this dealership and went to Team Toyota in Lawrence NJ...

Came into the service center today for my first service. I was greeted by Fernando, who took my information and proceeded to write me up. He was pleasant, funny and really made my experience amazing. I took the time to speak to his Manager Michael, I wanted him to have some recognition for a job well done. Michael assured me he would share this comment with upper management. See you at my 10,000 mile service which they already booked in advance for me. .

WENT IN THERE AND PURCHASED A TOYOTA CAMRY XSE THE SALES MAN BIBI WAS VERY NICE EXTREMELY HELPFULL. WELL I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND FAIR UNTIL MR CHARLES GONZALEZ THE FINANCE MANAGER. STATED THAT I NEEDED TO PURCHASE TOYOTA EXTRA CARE AND ALL THESE ADDONS SO I CAN GET APPROVED. ITS MY FIRST CAR AND I DIDNT KNOW HE WOULD LIE TO ME IN ORDER TO SELL THIS BS. I FOUND OUT THIS MORNING BY MY AUTO LOAN PROVIDER THAT IT WAS A LIE. THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL THE TOYOTA EXTRA CARE. MR. CHARLES WAS VERY NICE (OF COURSE TO MAKE HIS COMMISSION) BUT A LIAR. ID GIVE THIS DEALER 5 STARS IF IT WASNT FOR MR. CHARLES LIEING. IF YOU GO THERE JUST BECARFUL, AND ASK FOR BIBI HES EXTREMELY NICE. THANK YOU MR BIBI!

I talked to Stan yesterday, 4/7. I was asked if I could bring my new used car in for service today, 4/8 at 10:15. I brought my car to the dealership, got my newborn and my 4 year old out of the car. Now I go into the dealership. I have to bring my car to livingston ave. I pack the kids back into the car. Try to find the service station. Kids are screaming in the back. Find the service station. Unpack the kids since there is no signs on what I have to do. I get told when I go in that I have to wait next to my car. Ok, 5 minutes go by in the fume infested garage. Kids are coughing. It's not good to have a newborn in that environment. Ask the guy could I wait somewhere while I wait for somebody to look at my car. He says no, I have to wait next to my car. I am starting to get worried about my children, especially the newborn. Finally after 10 minutes, somebody comes to see my car. I am told I don't have an appointment. I explained that Stan told me that I was to be there at 10:15. I then ask how long is it going to be. I am told 45 - 60 minutes before they look at my car....WHAT???? I have a newborn and a 4 year old. I can't wait so long when stan said to be there at 10:15 and it wouldn't take that long. I try to call Stan twice, no answer, left a message once. Call back again, spoke to a gentleman who refused to let me talk to a manager. I explained the situation, he said that it wasn't an appointment but a convenience and he told me he would transfer me to the manager. He transfer me to the receptionist.....Not a happy camper. Not only do I have to take my children and their stuff out of the car, not once but twice: I am told I don't have an appointment, made to wait in a fume infested garage, I am told it would take 45-60 minutes. Uncalled for service. I am so unhappy I bought a toyota now if this is the type of service I receive. You got my money and who cares what happens.

Our experience was truly a pleasant one dealing with Rupert Palmer.He patiently listened to our requirements and made sure we were comfortable. He went out of his way to fulfill our request and has awesome sales and followup skills. He is extremely focused and has all the qualities of an excellent sales person with an acumen for exemplary customer service. We also interacted with Diego during the deal closing.He was pretty quick in wrapping up the documentation whilst answering questions (especially around the numbers)that we had.

Great service, Great salesman, Great Dealership. I called in after researching for a vehicle online, and was able to get the car in a timely manner with wonderful service. Rupert was very helpful, professional, and assisted us in completing the purchase even though we went past closing time. I would recommend your company to any one of my friends who are thinking of purchasing a car, and would definitely use your company for my next car purchase, which might be soon.

SERVICE IS REALLY REALLY BAD!!!...SERVICE MANAGER MICHAEL HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS... I have a corolla new purchased from them, however everytime they have to service it they don't wash the vehicle well. This time they did not even change the oil coz the " Maint Reqd" light came on. I called on them they asked me to come anytime before 7pm and they will change the oil and reset the light and no need for appointment. I went there yesterday at 5:20 ish as i was told and the service rep said will check with manager and will take sometime for us to change the oil. The manager comes and says who asked u to come now? I said i spoke with the lady on the phone, he says give me the name of the lady. She had not identified herself to me when we spoke so i told him this is the number i called and it asked me to punch 2 to get to service and she confirmed this to me to come anytime and the service dept will help. Michael- The manager here is really bad, he says none of my staff says that and i don't believe you and i will not change any oil for you come back some other day and we will see how we can help you. Problem:- In the first place when they change the oil /service the car they should do their job well so the customer does not need to come back to them and waste their time again. Secondly instead of understanding that this was their fault and despite having over and hour and half with him he refused servicing outright coz guess they were not earning anything on this or he did not want any work. I wont recommend this place for even buying new vehicles coz customers are their last priority.

I just leased my third car from DCH Brunswick Toyota. Their customer service is top-notch and it's always a great pleasure dealing with them. They take the stress out of the entire process and epitomize "service with a smile". If you're in the market, do yourself a favor and give them a visit.
