Took Sprinter Van in to have warm blowing A/C diagnosed. No paperwork or time frame given when the van was dropped off, only a loose "will fit it in" kind of thing. Two days pass, and service advisor calls, and relays that they have been unable to determine the source of the issue, only that they have exhausted their capabilities, and it seems "deep electrical" in origin - their suggestion; send it down the way to MERCEDES. Day 3 - van at Mercedes, only to find they haven't even looked at it - Dodge Dealership sent me to retrieve my van from Mercedes..(?) Following the dealership fiasco, I dug in and found a local shop that actually was able, willing and has a solid track record working on Sprinters - they diagnosed broken part within one day - and also informed me there was no refrigerant in my system.... There was before I took it to Dodge, so I called my service advisor to ask her if, as part of their diagnostic process they evacuated the refrigerant and attempted to hold a vacuum on the system....only to find out that within a week, said service advisor had been let go! I am now on day 6 of trying to ask the seemingly simple question of "Did you evacuate my refrigerant?" Without an answer.

Cynthia is the BEST salesperson I have ever met. The managers bent over backwards to help me after I made a mistake. I feel really great about my whole experience. Thank you again for helping me out. And don't tell everyone, but they give away free car washes for life of the car.

I had the worst experience at this place with my dodge intrepid that I have ever had getting my car worked on anywhere. I originally called to have my window put back on the track and my AC fixed. When I called to make an appointment, the women on the phone told me to bring my car in now, so I did. When I got there, a much older man came up to me trying to direct me where to park, and then decided I was to stupid to drive my own car so he barked at me to get out and then jumped in my car and basically did a donut in the servicenter area, in my car, that I pay for, without my permission...very reckless. Then this man got out and began to agressively interrogate me as to which women I spoke to that would have let me come here without an appointment. He was very angry and grew more and more belligerent. He then demanded I follow him around the entire dodge dealership, making me ask every female employee if I spoke to them. When he found the right girl, he then started yelling and insulting her in front of me, all other employees and a room full of customers. It was so unbelievably creepy I couldn't wait to get out so I canceled my appointment, but not before I was dragged in to another office with a women who was also very angry. I sat in the chair waiting to be spoken to while the women and the creepy man spent a good five minutes talking badly about the girl who had answered the phone and told me to come. They talked about her and her physical appearance, making coments that she was "disgusting and lazy" because she is pregnant. They than began to continue degrading her physical appearance calling her fat and ugly and ect. with me sitting right there. When the creepy old man left, the women continued to rant at me saying that I wouldn't be able to afford getting it fixed because I'd have to pay at least two charges of 75 dollars. I told her I had the money and it wasn't a problem but she didn't seem to believe me...which is weird and not her place to make assumptions about my life. At some point I finally just said, all I wanted was someone to look at my car, will you make an appointment for me or not. The women finally did but betime I got in my car, I never wanted to go back to that place. This place has the creepiest and most inappropriate and for some reason, angry employees I have ever seen. My experience here was like dragging fingernails down a chalk board. Do not come here, completely unprofessional!!

2014 challanger. what a great car. The sale went ok, Just be a smart shopper. I left happy, And love the car. Service dept needs inprovement in my opinion. .2/10/2014 Update. After returning to dealership for my repair.The service dept made up for some lost ground. 3.17.2014. new truck Ram 1500 5.7 ..8 speed crew cab sale 7.7.2015 new 3500 HD Ram Best 0-60 time stock 5.7 challanger..
