There's certainly nothing flashy about this hotel but it's hardly the nightmare that a lot of other people are saying. Yes it's kind of out of 1991 but my room was clean, the old school tv gets tons of cable channels and I got a room with mini fridge & micro for $5 extra a night - saving me tons of money on beer and soda. The hotel does really need a pc with a printer for at least printing out airline or Amtrak tickets but a nice lady behind the desk helped me out and printed it for me. Mind you this was at about 5 am so they might not be able to do it later. Breakfast had the usual carb feast but the waffle maker was DELICIOUS. There's also a 24 hour Jack In The Box in walking distance. It was also super cheap off Hotwire about 50 bucks a night.

Clean, super cheap will stay here again next time I go to the bay area. The hotel shuttle was super convienent going to and from the airport. My only complaint is on the last day waffles were not availible at breakfast but for the price I paid and the service I recieved Im willing to overlook it.

Car got broken into at fisherman's wharf and security here let me park next to lobby and watched it all night for me since it had no window.

I typically don't bother writing reviews, however this "hotel" is the rare exception. I know for the price ($79), it wasn't going to be anything special, however this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, if not THE worst. I booked a smoking room, by accident, but I still don't think that mean you should have a bed spread with cigarette burn holes in it. Additionally, the "toastmaster" iron is attached to a "rack" that's attached to the ironing board. It looks like the iron has been put away hot/wet and the casing is rusted. The ironing board itself is lopsided with the "cover" falling off and it has brown stains all over it. The towels look and feel like they were purchased from the lowest bidder. One of the outlets in the room for two of the lights doesn't work whatsoever. There is a "lump" in the carpet that I don't even want to know what it is. The hotel has the curtains open for one of the ground floor rooms, and not a single other room I've seen looks anything like that room. The whole second floor smells like weed smoke, and the exit door is propped open. Not only would I not recommend this room to a friend, I couldn't even recommend it to my worst enemies.

This hotel is ok, not great or awesome, just ok. The prices are ridiculously high, your really just paying for the area it's located in. (which is no Hollywood). Although l do not use hotel towels, they were very dirty, and the bathrooms are small. Very small. Overall 0-5 I'll rate it a 3.5

The management here are a bunch of liars and thieves. Not white people friendly.
