Pretty excited. Just named Adjunct Faculty for Infocomm University. Based on the minimum class hours taught this requires and how many (few) I've taught in the past 2 yrs, I'm thinking odds are REALLY good that at least 1 (if not all 3) of my class proposals for Infocomm 15 are being accepted! ^_^

Nice interview everyone. A lot of these topics discussed can be transposed into many other industries besides A/V. I will definitely check out the book Daniel. Another book I always recommend is called "Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless" by Jeffrey Gitomer. No, I don't receive any kickbacks but I found it a great read for anyone in sales. It really expounds on the customer retention strategy.
