My personal journey to health changed my life. Having spent years living with chronic fatigue and pain from fibromyalgia, I was able to put this illness in remission through improved diet and exercise. Freed from the shackles of pain and inflammation caused by this disease, I knew I wanted to help others get better as well. That’s when I decided to become a personal trainer, so I can teach others about nutrition, fitness and proper exercise form. While Paul may have been lifting weights for all his life, I still remember lifting my first barbell, doing my pullup. I know what it’s like to think that you can’t get better, and I’m going to help you remove the word can’t from your life.
