Don't expect me to spill my guts all over GP's cause it just won't happen.
but you will get song lyrics and daft quotes.
you've been warned!!!
we may talk utter nonsense if you wish am cool, but with music you get my full attention then we'll see where it goes.
Am currently living in Plymouth, father of one.
Well life for me started back in 74 on one cold winter’s day, By 79 I had started in some institution called school (Edinbarnet)
By 85 I was forced to move to a bigger institution, which went by the name of Braidfield High school.
But not all was lost. In the summer of 85 these immortal words "I got my first real six-string Bought it at the five-and-dime" started something wonderful and magical, but it would take another 5 years for the light to fully shine on me.
By 89 I was free set from school, free to do whatever I wanted any old time.
So I got a job...................selling Jeans.
Come 90 I discovered a sweet nectar called beer :o) that mixed with loud guitars, took me to a place called the Solid Rock Cafe, quickly followed by the Cathouse (good times)
Of course still selling jeans, selling jeans took me from Clydebank to East Kilbride and back.
by 96/97 I gave up selling jeans and moved to Sports Connection [Glasgow] (selling neds gear)met some great people there, but my stay was brief, although lunchtime was great pint n burger in Solid ;o)
By 99 my beer and JD addiction was so great I had to move to a better paid job.
Ended up back in Clydebank making wee flexible hoses.
Come 01 Glasgow had bored me to the bone, so I packed my bags and headed south to err................................Plymouth.
While in Plymouth I managed to make a wee girl [pretty awesome] she’s 5 years old now.
Now am in a position to boss the English around, pretty sweet if you ask me.
Atm there’s no plans to return home, but one day I will.
so there you ago a little insight to me, so c'mon I would love to hear from anyone, am not fussy, of course possibility better if I know you.http://www.last.fm/user/davie_orr
