Apple appears to have some trademark issues to address if they want to roll out a new iWatch any time soon. In the end they'll either buy out the competition or bleed them dry in court. Unlike Microsoft, which selects disposable names like Metro and Skydrive, Apple has no choice but to fight these trademark battles. A steep, but necessary price to pay for maintaining a strong brand.
