Giving your sweetheart roses may be a nice gesture, but it’s not exactly a clever or creative one. Do you really want your significant other to open her door on Valentine’s Day to discover a bouquet that looks identical to the ones all her friends and coworkers are getting? Or do you want to give her flowers that are just as special and unique as she is? Flowers that show you put actual thought and care into picking them?

With few exceptions, homes are framed with softwood lumber. Wood is a cost-effective structural material that’s easy to build with and familiar to DIYers, builders and contractors. So it’s ideal to create the enclosure for an energy efficient home. This means homes use less energy for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.

The modern traveler has some pretty different needs from the traveler of the past. Travelers today are mobile-dependent and they expect on-demand, immediate service. Most importantly, they expect a high level of personalization both during their experience at a property and in your communications with them before and after.

I've been taking my guitars to Billy O' Reilly for years now. I trust no other with my precious instruments. Billy performs absolute magic on a guitar. In fact, the first guitar I recall having him work on was my 95 Mexican Tele. At first, Billy tried to talk me out of putting any money into the guitar (because it was always going to be a Mexican Tele) but after he discovered that I liked the guitar and planned on keeping it forever, he turned it into a guitar that plays better than any American Tele I've ever touched. He first removed the finish from the back of the neck and replaced the thin stock frets with jumbos. The neck now feels outstanding and bending is a breeze. He replaced the stock pickups as well - the bridge with a Jerry Donahue and the neck with an Antiquity. He also rewired the guitar with a 4-way switch. I've since taken many other guitars to him and he has performed similar magic on all of them. I highly recommend B&D whether you need a simple set up or want to completely customize your instrument.

Judson's Custom Painting just completed an exterior repaint on our home in Anthem, AZ and they did an excellent job. Jimmie's (the owner) attention to detail is awesome. Not only did they correct all minor blemishes I discovered during the walk-thru, Jimmie found some that I had missed. Our home looks like it did when it was new almost 10 years ago. I'd highly recommend them to anyone as they do quality work at a fair price. In fact, I may have them come back to do some interior painting, that is if I decide not to do it myself (I actually hate painting). ;-)

It used to be when I walked into my garage with its bare, ugly concrete flooring that it felt as though I was walking outside. Now that my garage is coated with the IronDrive full chip epoxy, it feels like I'm walking into another room of the house. I love it. Shane from sales did an excellent job explaining their process, showing me examples of their work and answering all my questions. Shannon (the owner) and Dave did a very thorough job installing the garage floor coating. The whole process took about 8 hours and my cars were back in the garage 48 hours later. I love my new garage and would highly recommend IronDrive to anyone.
