Hands down the best looking widget for calendars I've seen—been waiting for one just like this! I do however have a few suggestions for your consideration (and a request).

1) Options for adjusting the color and size of the "header separator" (small, medium, large, sort of like how you gave us 4 different text densities).

2) Options to adjust text density/font for just the Header.

3) Option to enable text-wrapping on longer titles (instead of just cutting them off).

4) Option to display descriptions (now called "notes" in the material Google Calendar app).

5) Option to show location info on the next line underneath the time (instead of next to it where it can get cut off rather quickly when using a smaller width widget).

Request: Please, oh please, make a Google Keep widget just exactly like you have this now, so I can have them matching right next to each other =] (and because the Google Keep widget is hideous). I'd gladly pay extra! There seems to be a supreme lack of any Google Keep widget apps, which I realize may just be the result of Google not providing for the possibility to do so.

Thanks for your time and the awesome app! Keep up the great work.

Yes, i know that happens in the header, and it's because the icons have a minimum height defined (to conform with Android guidelines), though i didn't set that minimum height on the whole header.

Movie industry lobbyists at the MPAA are trying to resurrect SOPA-style web censorship via a back door. Let's defeat online censorship again. Tell the MPAA to kill the #ZombieSOPA. https://takeaction.withgoogle.com/g-stop-mpaa

Still sort of feels like there's unnecessary overlap here with regards to two separately named services with their own subscriptions. Haven't read too much into it though―maybe I'm missing something? I feel like I must be...

Sharing because more people need to do this.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a serious discussion, debate, or argument, and we begin to criticize the person instead of the point they're making. Raptitude recommends breaking that habit to be more effective in our interactions with others.

Too good! Senator Ted Cruz is either seriously uninformed or—far more likely—spreading FUD that gravely misrepresents the facts with an illogical statement about Net Neutrality that would in-effect be the exact opposite of the truth. This shows bold disregard in looking out for the best interests of his constituents, and—if informed & intentionally spreading FUD—shows a complete lack of respect for anything outside of his own personal agenda. Get educated before spouting nonsense or take some time to learn about ethics. Either way, it seems Senator Ted Cruz is in desperate need of cracking open a book and heading back to school, because he's clearly not fit to make decisions for anybody but himself.

I'm both disgusted and appalled regardless of whether his statement was made out of ignorance or self-interest, though I guess I shouldn't be. It's sad that this is the norm and that people have taken a, "Well, what do you expect from a politician approach," because that is not what America was founded on and for a country with such a strong moral stance towards fighting "evil," we seem to be content to simply let it thrive, entwined within the deepest depths of our government. People need to get angry about things like this, fight back and take a stand dammit. Just make sure to do it peacefully; this country doesn't need any more violence, and there's no reason to sink to their level.

Whew, this turned into being about so much more than just Net Neutrality, but it feels good to get it off my chest despite knowing that at best maybe a handful of people will ever read or see this—and that far fewer will give even half-a-damn. And I guess, at the end of the day, those fast-fading footprints on that oft-untraveled path are a vivid reminder of just how much easier it is to live life as a lemming.

Introduction
I love reading and writing, and I'm interested in just about anything that can be defined as a gadget, gizmo, or doodad. Naturally, I've attempted to combine these things into a blog (derpn dot com) almost entirely devoted to tech, reviews, & how tos—in addition to the occasional piece of creative writing that I don't mind sharing.

Lately I've been posting a little more sporadically (about once a month), but if you don't want to be bothered checking for updates—and if you're actually interested in what I have to say—then you can sign up to receive an email whenever I've made a post by using the form in right-hand column on the site. That said, I'll always link to any new posts there with a post on Google+.
