Good vegan transformation story. ... I became vegan immediately after watching earthlings back on January 1, 2010. I also think it was the best fucking decision of my life :) take care!

Your negatives on veganism are flat out misleading I've been vegan for a decade and have friends that have been vegan for 10, 20, or as much as 50 years and none are experiencing what you are talking about. You have bad sources on your anti vegan research, I would not follow the research of a dentist as gospel as you are with the Weston foundation. A plant based diet or vegan diet is the optimal diet for three massive reasons, they are for health, the environment, and the moral argument of exploiting animals unnecessarily. No other nutritional option scores as high on all three focus areas of health, animal welfare, and the environment!

I'd suggest playing boom beach on a Samsung pro 12.2 tablet. Unbelievable resolution and wider screen than iPad. Check it out....that is what I play on.

That is laughable that to "hunt" is human...... prehistoric man was just a scavenger he ate what he could to stay alive.... he did not eat what is optimal for humans. Not to mention new studies find man ate much more plant based than ever thought before, they determine this by analyzing the Tartar of fossilized humans and found mostly plant matter. Based on our anatomy we are designed to eat plants. Funny how hunters cherry pick what ancient man did like hunt as the optimal activity, then they also lived in caves, and walked around bare foot, and hardly ever took baths, had very basic knowledge of speech.... so why not be consistent. .... if you think the meat man ate in prehistoric times was optimal then everything they did was optimal. And why don't you agree with that? Because human evolved .... and guess what we evolved in diet as well, and eating plant based is the optimal food source for humans.

Lose the fur in the still photo, fur is a disgusting display of selfishness and lack of respect and empathy for the animal kingdom!!!! Other than that I liked your message to eat a plant based diet ...... and the out takes were cute!

There are B12 deficient meat eaters than vegans so that's a myth.

Sunshine was initially recommended by a friend of mine who races boats and has great cars, he knows who does great work in the Boca Raton area. I have been taking my cars to Sunshine for about 10 years and they have always done a great work, they are courteous stand by their work. I have and would definitely recommend Ryan and his staff to work on any auto issue you may have.

I brought my dog in for a recommendation on how to treat a severe allergy problem and seizures, they never asked any questions related to potential causes for the allergies and seizures. Dr. Man said I should get blood work done, full x-rays, and an echo-cardiogram on my dogs heart. I felt these test were not really warranted and told the doctor that I did not see the connection, but he insisted it was the right set of tests. So I reluctantly gave the OK... after $1,500 of tests over two days..... I eagerly awaited for some idea of what to do to help my dog from the doctor..... So what were the final analysis and recommendations? Dr. Man said after all the tests, he did not know what was going on with my dog, and that I should just keep doing what I was doing as treatment. It was very frustrating and I felt mis-led and more like they just wanted to get some revenue more than treat my dog. I would think twice and ask many questions before you allow them to test your dog, and if you do not agree just keep looking for a vet, there are many in the area.
